Sare Ate is one of the best coffee’s we have ever had from Sumatra. That’s not hyperbole, this coffee is amazing. This coffee is roasted darker than our other single origins, but packs amazing flavor. If you love a stronger darker roast you will not want to miss the Sare Ate.
Process - Wet Hulled (Giling Basah)
Varietal - Ateng, Gayo, Timor
Altitude - 1200 to 1700 masl
Harvest - June 2021
