This special release comes from the renowned cooperative in San Ignacio, nestled in Peru’s vibrant Cajamarca region. Founded in 1969, this cooperative proudly brings together over 450 dedicated smallholder coffee farmers who cultivate their organic coffee at altitudes of 1500-2000 meters, surrounded by pristine cloud forests and rich biodiversity.


The cooperative’s emblem, the endangered Spectacled Bear, symbolizes their deep commitment to preserving the local environment and promoting ecological harmony. Each cup you enjoy helps support these farmers in their mission to protect this precious ecosystem, ensuring exceptional quality and sustainability from farm to cup.
